Whether you want to rent or buy when you move here, I’ve got you covered. I have found that a lot of people when they first get here want to rent first so they can get the lay of the land so to speak. If that is the case and you intend to buy once you have it figured out, I have the plan. We find you a home to lease first, for typically one year. While you are renting, I set up a personal MLS profile/Search which will send you listings that fit your criteria on homes to buy. This will educate you to what the value of these home are. After a month or so you will have as good, if not a better feeling for the value of homes than me. The good news is if we find a home for you to buy before the lease expires, I will get you out of the lease with no penalty. I have magical powers. 🙂

If there is a large list of homes that we need to check out, I will personally preview them by myself to weed out what doesn’t work for you.
