The first step to sell your home would be for me to look at your property and give you my opinion of the value of the home, for free, at no obligation. I will also provide some helpful hints on how to get top dollar. Below you will find the steps that my staff and I will take to sell your home.
 

• 2.5% commission charged if sold to my own buyer (4.5% if co-broke)  
• Weekly advertisements in selected publications.
• Input property into the NWMLS database exposing your home to all real estate agents.
• Prepare color brochures, flyers and postcards.
• Mail flyers to the surrounding neighborhood.
• Hold Open House for NWMLS real estate agents.
• Hold frequent Open Houses for the general public until sold.
• Put for Sale sign on property and directional signs from main intersections.

My performance as your real estate agent is guaranteed. My personal guarantee is as follows: If for any reason I do not perform the marketing plan that I have designed for your home I will unconditionally release you from your listing agreement upon your written notice.
