My Rental Listing Service is a point A-Z process covering many steps to insure your home is locatable, accessible, and marketable to the general public and Washington real estate community. What We Do For You

We provide a "For Rent" sign and place it on the property, as well as directional signs from major intersections to the property.

We will run a Seattle Times ad specifically on your property, every week, until the home is rented. There is no "up front" fee at all. We absorb all the cost!

When a prospect wants to rent your home they will be thoroughly screened for credit, employment, rental history and criminal check at no cost to the landlord.

Upon approval of tenant by landlord, we will prepare the lease and do a walk through inspection before tenant moves in.

Typically we obtain first and last months rent plus a security deposit from tenant. We charge a onetime fee of 85% of one months rent when the leases are signed and the deposits are in your possession. There are no additional fees, monthly fees, or renewal fees.
