I have over 30 years experience in residential real estate. My expertise is in the field of "new development" and have designed, marketed, obtained financing for buyers, and sold out (in house), from start to finish, numerous projects. I have also managed and trained new associates in several different real estate offices.
 
Whether the task be selling out a multi million dollar sub division, finding a house for a buyer or selling a home for a seller, my philosophy in real estate is very simple... I always take it from "A to Z". In other words, I leave no stone unturned. I always give it my best shot! I make no promises at all about the outcome, but I do promise that I will do everything I can to produce positive results! If I did anything less than A to Z, then there would always be that unknown factor. I hate unknowns!
